Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need experience to climb?   
- No! Over 90% of our clients have NEVER climbed before going with us!

Is there an age requirement?

- Children need  to be 40lbs or larger and we ask that those under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult.

What happens if the weather is bad?

- Despite our best efforts we still cannot control the weather and in the case of inclement weather, we will reschedule you and your group for another day and hope for better weather.


Can I rock climb?

- Yes. We promise. All of our guides have countless hours of experience working with clients of all ability and experience levels. Whether you're afraid of heights or just out of shape, we will always make sure you are within your ability and comfort levels.

Is there a weight limit?
- No, rock climbing equipment is made to withstand forces upwards of five thousand pounds. Our harness will fit anyone up to a 42 inch waist.

What's your cancellation policy?
- In order to receive a full refund of your deposit we require 48 hours notice. Deposits will be refunded in full in the case of inclement weather.
